PAYMENT

All major debit and credit cards accepted. Apple Pay and cash are also accepted. Cash tips are preferred. 

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a redo appointment.

You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within seven days for gel polish/dipping services and three days for all other services after your initial service date.  We do not accept redo appointments after seven/three days of your initial services.

We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed. 

As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.

We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to endure because of damages that happened outside of our salon. For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged (they are broken, chipped or starting to lift ) we will charge you due to your own lack of care.

The redo policy does not cover a change in service or color.

We do not offer refunds for any services or products.


LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $20 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and deposit. When rescheduling an appointment that was forfeited a new deposit is due. 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask you to notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $15 fee added to your next appointment.

NO-SHOWS

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.

HEALTH HISTORY

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, physical issues, or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

All services along with deposits are non refundable. 

CONSENT FORM

I agree to have eyelash extensions applied to my natural eyelashes and/or removed and retouched. By signing this agreement, I consent to the placement and/or removal of the eyelash extensions by the certified eyelash extension professional.

I understand that in rare occasions there are risks associated with having artificial eyelashes and eyelash extensions applied to or removed from my natural eyelashes. I further understand that in rare cases as part of the procedure eye irritation and discomfort could occur. I agree that if I experience any of these conditions with my lashes that I will contact the certified eyelash extension professional that performed this procedure and it may be beneficial to have the eyelashes removed.

I understand and agree to the after-care instructions provided by the certified eyelash extension professional for the use and care of my eyelash extensions. I realize and accept the consequences of failure to adhere to these instructions may cause the eyelash extensions to fall out and/or decrease the time the lashes will last.

I understand and consent to having my eyes closed and covered for the duration of approximately 60-120 minute procedure. Times may vary depending on the type and number of eyelashes applied.

I am informing the certified eyelash extension professional of the following conditions by marking with a check:

  • Current use of contact lenses which I may be asked to remove during the procedure
  • Current use of anything such as oil-containing sunscreen or moisturizers around the eyes
  • Current use of eye drops of any kind, prescription or over-the-counter
  • Current allergies or sensitivities
  • History of recurrent eye or tear duct infections
  • History of dry eyes or Sjorgen’s Syndrome
  • Recent history of Chemotherapy
  • Other medical conditions which would prohibit or compromise placement and retention of eyelash extensions

I agree to the following eyelash extension follow-up and maintenance instructions:

  • No waterproof mascara
  • No oil based products around the eye area
  • No water can come in contact with the eye area for 24 hours after the application
  • No tinting or perming of eyelash extensions
  • No pulling or rubbing of the eyelash extensions
  • Should any kind of eye drops be necessary extra care should be taken to prevent moisture from coming into contact with the eyelash extensions

This agreement will remain in effect for this procedure and all future follow-ups conducted by the certified eyelash extension professional. I read English and understand that this consent agreement is legal and binding. I have read and fully understand all information in this agreement. I am over 18 years of age and consent to the agreement and to the eyelash extension application procedure.
